Holzhausen

On the weekend of September 27-28 (always from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.), the Grünwerkstatt Holzhausen is hosting a herbal weekend on the theme of “The Art of Distillation.” You will spend an entire weekend immersed in the world of fragrances. There will be an exciting mix of theory and practice, from harvesting to the finished hydrosol. The plants for distillation will be freshly harvested from the herb garden, and you will receive tips on how to use the hydrosols in the kitchen and medicine cabinet. You are welcome to bring your own stills.

Course fee: €225, including handouts, drinks, and 4 hydrosols.

As the number of participants per course is limited, a binding written registration is required. After we receive your registration, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. The course fee must be transferred before the start of the course in accordance with the invoice. Your place is secured upon receipt of payment; at the same time, the terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted.
